Cala d’Or Gin

Handcrafted Gin distilled in the Llevant of Mallorca in the beautiful village Cala d´Or – Santanyi, but above all it is my homage to this Island „ sa Roqueta“.

The Gin is macerated and distilled in a traditional Copper Pot Still.

I have been able to concentrate the botany and  flavors of this part of the Mediterranean where i extract all natural flavors such as juniper, dsea fannel, rosemary, citrus and aromatic herbs from Mallorca, highlighting my beloved almond blossom.
