Cala d’Or Gin

A handcrafted Gin distilled in Cala d´Or, Santanyi in the Llevant of Mallorca. An homage to this beautiful Island „ sa Roqueta“.

The Gin is macerated and traditionally distilled in a Copper Pot Still.

We have been able to concentrate the flavors of this part of the Mediterranean Sea by extracting all natural flavors such as sea fennel, rosemary, citrus fruits, juniper and other aromatic herbs from Mallorca.
